We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you wish to return your item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For any undamaged products, gift boxes and dust bags, simply return them along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will issue a refund. Damaged or used products will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
Our policy is that Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you receive the product(s). Any returns made after this time will not be accepted for a refund. To request a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your bank details of where you would like your refund to be sent.
It is up to the customer to pay for the return postage. We recommend that you chose the 'Special Delivery' option where a signature is required and insure the parcel for the value of the item returned.
We cannot take responsibility for any returns that go missing or are returned damaged or broken.
The refund will be paid by bank transfer within one week after we have received the item.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made products.
